FULFILMENT & CLIENT-CARE POLICIES
• Service start: engagements begin within 2 business days of payment confirmation; you will receive an onboarding calendar link by email.
• Refunds: cancel before your first session for a 100 % refund. After delivery starts, unused sessions are refunded pro-rata minus a 5 % admin fee.
• Rescheduling: meetings may be moved up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
• Subscription cancellation: monthly plans can be cancelled any time; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

Occasionally we issue promo codes. Discounts apply only to the first invoice and cannot be combined with other offers. Any trial period or discount length is stated explicitly at checkout.
