Although it is very easy to merely list areas of knowledge and expertise the realities are somewhat more complex.
Some practices only need to be shown how to deal with their areas of concern and once on the correct path they can go on to implement and achieve their targets alone. Other practices prefer to discuss their issues, formulate the plan and either let someone else complete it or work along side someone else to achieve their goals.
Which ever way you choose you can be guaranteed that you will be supported every step of the way. If you need a mentor that guides you through your own learning process whilst allowing you to stand on your own two feet then that can be done. If you would rather that someone else takes a hands on approach and completes all the tasks and associated paperwork for you then that too can be achieved. Alternatively a mixture of both is also fine. The bottom line is that together we work out what it is you need, how we are going to achieve it and what we do once we have reached our goal.
